The delivery was sooner than promised but did take a couple weeks. The TV stand did not come in good condition as the bottom piece was cracked and parts unfinished. Also the left door was missing and I still have not received a replacement. So far, customer service as been average. To be completely satisfied with my purchase I would like to receive the missing left door and a finish touch up marker so I can touch up the unfinished spots on the TV stand.

I used the product in a media room to hold the equipment. I did bore 4 large cooling holes in the back panel of the unit for better ventilation. The center shelf is really too small for a decent center speaker (I set my larger one on the top) and the center drawer unit should be on the bottom, rather than the top if a speaker is going there.

We purchase this item because it was great looking and sturdy for our 52" LG Flat Panel and could fit our LG home theater dvd player, cable box and many dvds and hide the cables at a great price[...] It wasn't hard to assemble but it took me 4 hours to put it together and I am very mechanically inclined. There was a long thin trim piece near the top that was slightly cracked but I glued it from the back side of it and wasn't noticeable when completed. The stand looks great with a nice finish and color! The stand is a quality piece so I wouldn't be afraid to buy more just like it! We would recommend this product from Mercantila to anyone!
